Welcome to the House Of Zulu Honours Club.
These terms and conditions govern your use of the House Of Zulu Loyalty Card.
When certain words and phrases are used in these Terms, they have specific meanings (these are known as “defined terms”). You can identify these defined terms because they start with capital letters (even if they are not at the start of a sentence). Where a defined term is used, it has the meaning given to it in the section of these Terms where it was defined (you can find these meanings by looking at the sentence where the defined term is included in brackets and speech marks).
In these Terms, when we refer to “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean the Company; and when we refer to “you” or “your” we mean you, the person using the House Of Zulu Card.
- Obtaining your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card
1.1 You can obtain a House Of Zulu Loyalty Card free of charge (subject to availability). Your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card is issued by, and remains the property of us. It may only be used as described in these Terms.
1.2 Your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card is not a credit card, charge card or debit card and it cannot be used to purchase products from us.
- How to earn Stamps
2.1 You can use your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card at our restaurant.
2.2 You can’t currently use your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card for Delivery Service.
2.3 One stamp can be earned per customer per day when the qualifying spends in a single transaction for food and drink purchases totals USD$12 or equivalent or more.
2.4 To earn a stamp, a valid House Of Zulu Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase. Certain items do not count towards the qualifying spend, including non-food items such as House Of Zulu Gift Cards, Venue hire, Events and fees associated with online orders (delivery and minimum spend). If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, please speak to a member of staff.
- Earning rewards & redeeming rewards
3.1 Rewards are earned when you have collected 3, 6 and 10 Stamps and can be redeemed at the time the rewards are earned or on a subsequent visit to our restaurant.
3.2 Reward options are:
3 Stamps = Warrior’s Honour: Glazed Wings, or any Side (excluding Fried Rice).
6 Stamps = Chief’s Honour: Cheeseburger, or ¼ Chicken (excluding Fries)
10 Stamps = King’s Honour: 1 Pizza, or ½ Chicken & Fries, or Cheeseburger & Fries
3.3 All trial and seasonal products are excluded from House Of Zulu Loyalty Card rewards.
3.4 Rewards may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer and there is no cash alternative available to the rewards specified above.
3.5 You must present your physical House Of Zulu Loyalty Card.
3.6 Stamps are personal to the individual House Of Zulu Loyalty Card holder and cannot be pooled with stamps earned by another individual and redeemed together. You cannot transfer your stamps or rewards to any other person. It is not possible to merge the stamps and/or rewards balances from more than one House Of Zulu Loyalty Card onto a single House Of Zulu Loyalty Card.
- Lost or stolen physical House Of Zulu Loyalty Cards
4.1 We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged House Of Zulu Loyalty Cards.
- Limitations of use of Your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card
5.1 House Of Zulu Loyalty Cards may not be sold, exchanged or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these Terms, without our written permission.
5.2 We do not warrant or represent that your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card will always be accepted at our restaurants. For example, in the unlikely event that we may not be able to add a stamp or allow you to redeem a reward, you will be able to add the stamp to your card, using your receipt, following the event.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse to accept a House Of Zulu Loyalty Card or to limit the use of a House Of Zulu Loyalty Card which we deem to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. We may withdraw or cancel your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card or take any other action we may deem appropriate if we suspect fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use of your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card. The House Of Zulu Loyalty Card shall become invalid once cancelled in such circumstances and you will not be able to redeem any stored rewards on your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card.
- Cancellation or withdrawal of your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card
6.1 We reserve the right to withdraw the House Of Zulu Loyalty Card scheme on reasonable notice. Any such changes will be posted in our restaurants. Accordingly, you should check this webpage on a regular basis.
6.2 You have the right to cancel your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card at any time, but you will lose the right to redeem all unused rewards.
- Our liability
7.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
7.1.1 death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
7.1.2 fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and
7.1.3 any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict our liability.
7.2 Subject to clauses 9.1 and 9.3, our maximum liability to you in relation to your use of any House Of Zulu Loyalty Card shall not exceed the outstanding balance of rewards held on your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card.
7.3 We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time that you used your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card.
7.4 We only supply the House Of Zulu Loyalty Card for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the House Of Zulu Loyalty Card for any commercial or business purposes and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
- Suspension and termination
8.1 If you breach any of these Terms, we may immediately do any or all of the following (without limitation):
8.1.1 issue a warning to you;
8.1.2 temporarily or permanently withdraw your right to use your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card;
8.1.3 issue legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs resulting from the breach (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs);
8.1.4 take further legal action against you; and/or
8.1.5 disclose such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary to do so.
- Changes to these Terms
9.1 We may make changes to these Terms from time to time (if, for example, there is a change in the law that means we need to change these Terms). Please check these Terms regularly to ensure that you understand the Terms that apply at the time that you use the House Of Zulu Loyalty Card. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to cancel your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card at any time, but you will lose the right to redeem all unused rewards. If you wish to cancel your House Of Zulu Loyalty Card you must contact the team at our restaurant.
